These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solecraft Technologies website at https://solecrafttech.net (the “Site”), our online store, and all services offered by Solecraft Technologies (“Solecraft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to hardware and gadget repair, IT security and governance consulting, network and infrastructure engineering, software development, Solecraft Academy certification and training services, Solecraft Energy renewable power installations, and the sale of tech accessories and gadgets.
By accessing the Site, placing an order, booking a repair, registering for a training programme, or otherwise using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About Solecraft Technologies
Solecraft Technologies was founded in 2005 and incorporated in 2011. We operate as an integrated technology hub based in Abuja, Nigeria, providing IT engineering, cybersecurity, renewable energy, professional certification, and e-commerce services under a “Human-ICT Coherence” philosophy.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order, enter into a repair agreement, or register for a certification exam or training course. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide us is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Products and E-Commerce Purchases
4.1 Product Listings
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices for accessories, gadgets, and other items sold through our online store. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout, or as otherwise agreed in writing, before an order is processed or shipped.
4.3 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the product(s) selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Solecraft is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery Time

4.5 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unless a product is defective or was not as described, all sales are final. Where a return is accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
5. Repair and Hardware Engineering Services
5.1 Diagnostics and Estimates
Repair engagements begin with a diagnostic assessment. We will communicate our findings and a proposed solution before any repair work commences, and no chargeable work will proceed without your informed consent.
5.2 Customer-Supplied Devices and Data
You are responsible for backing up your data before submitting any device for repair. While we take reasonable precautions, Solecraft is not liable for data loss that occurs during diagnostics, repair, or hardware replacement, except expressly stating that data should be backed up; this will come at a cost.
5.3 Parts and Warranty
Where replacement parts are used, we will inform you whether these are genuine, OEM-equivalent, or refurbished. Repairs carried out by Solecraft are covered by a limited warranty on workmanship for a period communicated to you at the time of service, which does not cover new or unrelated damage, liquid damage after the repair, or damage from unauthorized third-party interference.
5.4 Uncollected Devices
Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after we notify you that repair is complete may be subject to a storage fee or, where the customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, disposed of or recycled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Solecraft Academy: Certification and Training Services
Solecraft Technologies operates as an authorized channel for professional certification vouchers, including Pearson Certiport examinations, and provides training in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, Python, and Java.
● Voucher purchases are processed only after full payment is confirmed and the required candidate information is submitted.
● Examination scheduling is subject to availability at authorized testing centres and the policies of the certifying body (e.g., Certiport/Pearson VUE).
● Vouchers and training fees are generally non-refundable once issued or once a training cohort has commenced, except where required by law.
● Candidates are responsible for arriving prepared and on time for scheduled examinations; missed appointments may incur rebooking fees set by the certifying body.
7. IT Security, Engineering, and Software Development Services
For governance, cybersecurity, network engineering, software development, and renewable energy (Solecraft Energy) projects, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be set out in a separate signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement between Solecraft and the client. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will prevail for that engagement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software, is the property of Solecraft Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Custom software or deliverables developed for a client under a separate agreement will have intellectual property ownership defined within that agreement.
9. User Conduct
When using the Site or our services, you agree not to:
● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or customer data.
● Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
● Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order or booking a service.
● Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of Solecraft or any third party.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solecraft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that particular product or service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solecraft Technologies, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or our services.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, may be submitted to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria, or to arbitration where mutually agreed.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
